She has skill in whips, poisons, and torture, as well as a history of enslaving those who move against her. Any who choose to pursue her are asked to proceed with the utmost caution.

Crime: A serial killer has been targeting women in the Dust Quarter and the Earth Quarter. The women typically go missing for 1-2 trials before showing up dead near the Docks with signs of sexual assault. Each victim is found strangled to death with a patterned scarf around her neck. Between the 61st-70th of Zi’da, three women have been murdered in quick succession. The Lightning Knights are calling for help tracking down this killer before they target more victims.
