At first he thought completely mad or insane for somehow knowing that his brother was a Lightning Knight, and that he supposedly lingered here in the same room with them. But when she continued to talk about it and even gave the name of his brother, his own damn brother, then the sheer amount of absurdity nearly became too much. How did someone like Faith know these things? They only shared one dream together and now suddenly... wait. What?
The Rharnian's narrowed eyes lost their intensity when Faith seemed to reiterate whatever Dominek told her, that Dominek was indeed there the night Syroa cursed him with Her power. But how? Nobody knew it was Syroa that bit him, save for one person he actually told which was... No. Alistair couldn't have put this together, no matter how much Pat wanted to think it so this was far too coincidental to be planned out. Which meant there had to exist some form of truth to her words, even if Patrick himself wanted to doubt everything he had just been told.
"Y... yeah." He finally responded dryly as nothing but shock seemed to linger in his expression, although admittedly his cheeks started to pale the more he thought of it. Dominek stood next to him with arms crossed as he watched quietly for a moment, his own expression serious as he practically hovered over his brother.
"Yeah he's definitely freaking out now." He murmured with a little concern just before looking to Faith. "No thanks," He declined at the mention of the words cross and over, "I can't leave him knowing he's dealing with everything going on in his life." Almost defensive about it Dominek looked from her back to Patrick, a hand rested on the younger brother's shoulder as though he meant to comfort Pat.
"Sounds... sounds good Faith. I'm just... gonna go get some air." Or a stiff drink rather. Patrick did his best to give her a friendly smile but forced it too much, his discomfort clearly evident when he looked down to the floor away from her. "Thank you again, I'll give it some thought to be sure... and meet you afterwards." And on that note he moved for the door without anything else to say, quick to walk out to put as much distance between him and this situation as he could. Dominek looked to have lingered a little troubled by the reaction, a final somber look shot to Faith as his form proceeded to fade into the air.
