Seasonal Events For Ashan717
Ashan Weather in the Hotlands
1st of Ashan: Nashaki asks the Imperials for more time to debate the question of surrender amongst the council and their allies. The Imperials agree, but with a warning that the next time they come asking for an answer, a lack of one will be considered a refusal.
32nd of Ashan:
Both Nashaki and the Imperials begin covert operations against each other, looking for any signs that the other side is about to launch a surprise attack. The Athartian forces that had been staying with Nashaki resume their scouting of the desert. Anyone who wants to aid in these, send me a PM and we'll set something up. =]
54th of Ashan:
Whispers of the return of an ancient enemy of Raskalarns gain a new resurgence. Whispers abound of a location known as the "Tomb of the Lost Immortal", though the location of the Tomb varies in each tale told. Imperial forces place blame for the rumors on the Cult of Valtharn, while Nashaki Tower Agents fan the flames of the rumor. Same deal as last year. Possible hints at future plots if players investigate.
72nd of Ashan:
The sandstorm raging about the city of Nashaki makes trade difficult, and the crime rate of the city grows. A high ranking member of the Athartian commanders is found dead and the Tower of Flesh and the Athartian forces search the city for clues. Unmodded thread if you want to investigate. Just let me know you're taking a look. =]
96th of Ashan:
Imperial forces petition Korlasir for more suitable support forces, citing the difficulty the Imperial cavalry has in the desert terrain. Meanwhile, Chamadarst speaks with the council, giving advice both about the current political situation and the rumor of the Lost Immortal. He is paid with a selection of the finest goods from each Tower.
116th of Ashan:
Imperial forces demand an answer from Nashaki regarding the potential surrender, and Nashaki finally gives their answer. Meanwhile, a strange pyramid is seen in the desert, each time in a different location. Those who have ventured in and returned tell tails of monsters made out of sand, and shifting passages.
