Ashan 718
A pamphlet spread around the cities' undertow. It was sporadically released in the areas were curious slaves and those lacking the typical Ne'Hearian morality would hang about. It was said that if one went searching for more answers to the origins of these fliers they would eventually find Etzori interlopers, however this was yet to be confirmed. Then again... not many people dared openly support anti-Immortal rhetoric openly. Where was this den of outsiders located at in Ne'Hear? Who was bold enough to infiltrate such a religiously diverse society? Of course the pamplet's origin was the Sons of Justice, but that was a fact that none knew yet.

Does Moseke really care about us?
Will Etheyldia actually defeat Raskalorn?
Who really benefits from the high wars between the Immortals?
What happens when you die?
Do the Immortals actually hear my prayers?
How do I find happiness in life?
Where would YOU begin your search for the answer to these questions? If you went to the temples, you might find thousands of books claiming to provide the answer. Often though, one book contradicts the other. Plus, all the good books are continuously hidden from public eye through quagmire of religious bureaucracy.

Know Your Enemy
Issue #1: Illaren

Have you ever wandered why their is an Immortal devoted to alcohol? Why would such a powerful being have dominion over such a glorious nectar?
Alcohol comes from the toil of men. Everyday farmers wake up to work the land and tilt he ground. They pour their life's blood and sweat into producing the fruit of barley so that we may ferment it into the draught that numbs the pain we must endure to survive in this arid landscape. It is to them we owe so much for gifting us with a tool to quench our sorrows.
Yet for some blasted reason Illaren takes all the thunder from these strong men and women. Why would she want to do this? The key you have to remember is that alcohol used under the guile of the Immortals is no longer a tool to help the common man, but rather a tool to enslave him. Illaren uses the mind altering properties of the juice of the barley to keep the population sedated. To keep them dependent on returning to her day after day for their ration of alcohol. Because all life requires balance, the extreme drunkeness at nightfall of Rharnian residents has to be counteracted with extreme labor and toil during the day time. Thus, Illaren creates a cycle were men must work super hard endless just to fulfill an addiction that was artifically inserted into the population by the Immortals.
Illaren is a perfect example of the backwardness of every Immortal in existence. It demonstrates that everything they show to you on the surface level is really crisscross pattern of lies and deceit so that they can trick populations into doing their bidding.
Alcohol: a man made substance that in and of itself is not wrong. In the hands of the Immortals: a perversion of reality that is a weapon against mankind. The lense of reality is much stranger than you were ever told. Even the very life giving mug of frothy glory you once thought was good is actually a tool of hell.
Next season on know your enemy: Moseke.
