Dammit all, Fridgar had forgotten about those damn gills, and as a result, this first dose wasn't going to fully impact Abaddon, they would have to rely more heavily upon the following doses that Kleine made. Regardless of how unfortunate it was that Abaddon was missing his medicine, Fridgar knew that his legs couldn't go much longer without good oxygen distribution, he needed to operate anyway. So, with swift and careful apologies, Fridgar set both legs to a more natural angle. Abaddon's muffled screams wrenched their heart, but they tried to put all their focus on the operation before them. While Reiner, their Lurker totem, certainly enjoyed Abaddons screams, Fridgar did not. Curiously, Fridgar found more comfort in watching the scene of his legs crunching than the sound of the pain they were inflicting.

Then, the splint in his mouth fell out and he murmured something almost incoherent. Fridgar looked to him with concern before he passed out. Fridgar bared his teeth in a cringe. "Shit..." he said, then looked to Kleine. "Alright, let's get those pillows fluffed and that blanket on him." Carefully, Fridgar lifted Abaddon's head from the mattress, then slipped the pillows underneath his head and put the blanket over him. The wind of the ocean was cold, Abaddon would at least be sheltered from the elements this way. Fridgar had initially thought that the blankets and pillows were too much, but they'd been proven wrong.

"Alright, let's get you home," they said to Kleine, then began to change into a Sohr Khal. "I'll stay with him for the most part, maybe try and find some other way of helping him," their voice turned to an echo from their changing body, before Kleine climbed on his back with all his belongings, then Fridgar flew off to fulfill their end of the bargain.
