You have explicit permission to moderate her yourself, with the knowledge that Storytellers may intervene if they see fit. You may grant permission for other players to moderate small snippets of her story, this is at your discretion. Finally, although she is a City NPC, she is still Tristan's dependant... please pay for her in your Seasonal Expenses... and look after her well!
