Requested Job: Okay so I really don't know what to call this (steward, lawyer, marshal?) but like... there's a thing in the lore that says certain types of slaves have the same rights as regular citizens. Like you can't kill them, assault them, etc. And also there must be someone whose job it is to sort of process slaves? Like, if you wanted to be efficient about it, you would interview them for their skills and stuff so you could assign them to their most productive professions. So Quio would be that person? Sort of a behind-the-scenes guy dealing with slaves' rights and jobs and etc. Processing them, doing paperwork, making sure they're given clothes and food and a place to sleep and medical attention when necessary, etc. Almost like a social worker but for slaves? To clarify, he's not trying to free them, he's just trying to make sure they aren't mistreated and are assigned a title that is most suited to them. That sort of thing? Like feel free to PM about it I have no idea what to classify this as. I think steward is most likely but I'm not really sure. Or maybe like a liaison-- between slaves and their potential masters, between the law and slaves, etc. Who knows.
Job Wage: 2 gn per day.
Related Skills: Not really sure what the skill would be for this. I have a few points in appraisal (novice) because I thought that might be related? I was also awarded a couple points in investigation (unskilled) for the ol' CS.
Why this job?: Honestly it just seemed like a good fit? Quio likes helping people (especially for pay). I couldn't think of what job he should have (naturally a fisherman or sailor, I suppose) but I think this sort of thing would create far more interesting threads/plots.
