Great to see some excitement build up already! I'm looking forward to seeing how everyone engages with the events planned this season, therefore quest sign-ups will be posted within a couple of days!

And Ambrosia, while you may not be able to dive down the quest is going to involve Mer tribe members to assist those who partake to dive; therefore you 'could' possibly have somebody to travel with during the event. It's just a thought of course, please feel free to pm me if there are any questions!

Same goes for everyone else, if you see an event you have a question about; shoot me a pm! I'll be more than happy to answer them as best, and fast, as I possibly can!

Heads up Rharnians! There's been a sign up sheet posted here for you all to view, anybody who's wanting to partake in one of the two modded events this season should look here!

Only one person interested in signing onto our events? Surely there must be another couple of players interested in this chance for glory! I've extended the time period to sign up until Wednesday the 10th, but cannot wait any later as these events must be done within the month.

What the heck people! there's a quest to go on an undersea adventure >__>. If you can't swim this is a good way to learn and you get to breathe underwater cause Mer can give people underwater breathing now.
Sign up or else a very angry tunawa will throw grapes at you from the trees!

First, I'd like to give a warm welcome to everyone who has either returned to Rharne or who is newly writing in Rharne! I definitely encourage you to connect with one another for plots and trouble-making.

Second, I've reviewed some of the submissions in our Development Thread and am happy to announce that there's some new information in the lore!

1. Two new slang words: "Prim/Priming" and "Sap". To be called a prim means to be one who sweetens words, usually with intentions to flatter an object of affection to entice romantic relations. Synonymous with sweet-talker; flirt. Can be used both positivly or negatively. A sap is a derogatory term for someone who doesn't absorb Ilaren's way of life well. 2. A new ritual: Candle Lighting. It is passed down from Thunder Priestess to Thunder Priestess that each candle is a symbol of hope. When a candle is lit, the person offering their prayer to Ilaren provides place hope into the little flame. To light a candle, the person must borrow a little hope from another candle. You can read more about this beautiful ritual in the Lightning Cathedral. Thanks, Zvez!

3. A new drink: Amber Blade Grog. This is an amber-coloured grog with a slight hint of apple. Apple cider, rather than water, is mixed with an inexpensive rum to spice up the taste. Great for those looking for something with a little more sweetness than the average beer or spirit. It's a cyclical drink that is only sold during the Cold Cycle in Rharne, after the apples have been harvested. Thanks, Ambrosia!! If you're feeling inspired & would like to submit any development (locations, flora, fauna, alcohol, slang, etc), please feel free to do so in the Rharne Development Thread! All approved development should be eligible for Point Bank Points. x

I've updated the Thunder Priestess & Lightning Knight faction pages so that they link to the current faction NPCs and list the players who are part of the faction (past & present). This will hopefully make it easier for you to find each other, connect, and write threads as your plots progress!

There are not currently any Lightning Knight players (you could be the first!), but our two Thunder Priestesses are listed here.
