Hello all!

Just thought I'd do a little bit of an introduction, I'm a kindly barmaid down at your local Harpy Inn I grew up in Rharne and know my way around the city fairly well (though OOC may be a different story lol). I'm looking to make more of a name for myself in the industry as a go-to for information about the goings-on of our beloved city, maybe about the Shadow Quarter if I can get my hands on it. And of course, rapport is rapport! Be nice to me and I'll treat you well. For the right price

I'm in the process of starting an open thread about attending the Founder's Festival that Rharne throws near the end of Ashan, and would love for you to participate!

I'm going to try to get the initial post up in the next day or so, so come prepared to party! No worries about PMing to join, after my first post feel free to jump in ^^

Welcome to Rharne, Havonae! I think an open thread for the Festival is an absolutely wonderful way to kick off your time here, and I hope we'll see some other players joining in. Please give us a heads up when the opening post is up!

For those who need a reminder, this is the festival event: "The Founder's Festival is set up within the Glass Quarter. Stalls and tables are set for a public banquet, and a feast is held day and night for five trials of Ashan to commemorate the Immortal Ilaren and the founding history of Rharne. The Festival is complete with speakers from various factions and businesses, busker performances, storytelling, and plenty of alcohol. Local taverns also hold a variety of fighting competitions throughout the city."

I might have to get my character Ambrosia involved in this ^-^ sounds like something he'd be interested in. He could even play some music at the festival on his harp!

Hi all! The clock has turned and it is now Ymiden 717. That means that all threads from Ashan are grandfathered and all new threads must occur between Ymiden 1st – 83rd, or be memory threads.

If you’re going to be writing in Rharne during this season (and I hope you will!), please register your character on our seasonal roster.

The seasonal events calendar, job board, and bounty boards will be updated soon, so get ready! In the meantime, please don’t hesitate to get the season going with your own threads and plots. If you’re looking for someone to write with, you’re welcome to post a request here or in our Looking for Companions forum.

How big is the river that leads to Rharne? Can one sail a galleon up there no problem, or would they dock off the coast and travel to Rharne on foot from the west?
