Extremely Important Announcement

As of this post in the latest Council thread, Slavery is officially illegal in Scalvoris. This law goes into effect as of Ymiden 10th. Any slaves brought onto the island on this date, or after, will be freed without compensation to the owner, and the owner jailed. Anyone practicing slavery will also be jailed. There will be more information on this as follows.

So we have created a new subforum for University threads as part of our expansion of Technological Inventions and Discoveries. This subforum is located within the Scalvoris Town Subforum. As such we will be moving threads to that subforum that are university related. If you have University Threads, linking them to Aegis (that's me!) or Pegasus will make moving them a lot quicker and easier.

Heyo Scalvarnacles,

With somber heart and other human emotions, I'm announcing my withdrawal from Scalvoris. With the opening of Yaralon, as well as the many other projects I'm currently working on, I'm stretched a bit too thin. As such, I'll be focusing my efforts on Yaralon and these projects. I'll be finishing my in progress Scalvoris threads, and taking on no more. Scalvoris is in good hands with Pegasus, Ghoul, and Vorpal, and I'm sure whoever else comes along.

I'm so sad to lose Aegis as a co mod, I don't have words to tell you. But, at the same time, I have to be honest and say that I'm more proud of him and his work in Yaralon than I have words for.

It has been a pleasure and a privilege to work alongside you, Aegis. To be your mentor here and watch as you have truly shown what an amazing and awesome moderator, player and human being you are.

I'm looking forward to global and regional collaboration with you. You've become someone I respect and admire as a moderator - but more than that, I can say that in the time that we've worked together, you've become my friend. Thanks, Sarge, for everything.
