  • I'm not sure if its enough, but possibly: The player completes an action that would lead to a new cultural quirk, supernatural effect or other notable change to daily life - Create an effect relevant to the change and add it to the settlement effects list.

New cultural quirk: I Saw the Signs: From now on, in addition to the local language bonus for salary, anyone who is fluent in Common Sign will be able to claim the same salary bonus when doing a wealth thread in Eureka.

As Padraig is currently not actively playing right now, I've removed Magnified Observation from the list of Cultural Quirks of Eureka. Any resources having been accrued from its use are still retained, however.

In Ruin's Dawn Faith got the following:

" In this thread Faith showed excellent qualities of leadership Moseke tasks Faith with protecting a group of 20 Faceless Quacian Refugees, who have come to look at Faith as their new spiritual leader, their Stone Herald. They have 100 xp to their skills, with no more than 30 xp in any one skill and no less than 5 xp in any skill."


I'd like these NPCs to be medical / herbalist / magical ailments kinda folks, if that's ok. They have the following skills.

26 - Competent - Medicine
26 - Competent - Gardening
26 - Competent - Research
11 - Novice - Endurance
11 - Novice -Caregiving

Brief description of thread: Faith organises the NPCs to hunt Lethe while she starts the autopsy of them.

  • The player completes an action that protects the settlers from harm (Does not stack with the above action.) - +3% Order
  • An City NPC in the settlement assists the settlement leader in a way that would lead to them developing a skill they possess. - Marnie and Emily could / should / maybe get a boost to their XP
    Emily (maybe a boost to hunting) and Marnie maybe engineering for the trap-making stuff. Not sure, but thought I'd bung it in :D
