Why this job?: To start a private investigative service and/or newspaper! I need to ask for special dispensation here on his skills, so i've added the stealth one in which would be relevant I suppose, as he can start being an informant of sorts at least. I can't raise the other ones, because his CS still isn't approved, apparently the character is fine but the location in the bio isn't fully developed yet. Don't want him to miss out on 400 something nel for ashan!
