Hi all,

We've made some changes to Ghosts regarding their ability to gain wealth. Before this rule change it wasn't allowed that ghosts should be able to gain wealth and do wealth threads. Now that's changing, because the rule didn't make a case for why that should be. We've made the following change to

Ghosts can increase in Wealth, and can claim a wage. However, they need to show how they are able to gain wealth and go about their business while intangible most of the time.

Hello guys,

We've added a section in each of the Combat Skill Ranks from Novice to tier 2 all about shieilds, a paragraph to each section. We've done this since Shield Skill is also under the umbrella of Combat skills. So we've amended that with some details on how well you can expect your pc to use a shield depending on their skill level.

Heya! Three more Dragons are up on the wiki. Their Effigies aren't finished yet, but players with the Dragonlings/Dragonets of these Dragons can now know all the things their new friends can do!

We've written up a short guide to Self-moderation (whether in solo or collabs) that is meant to help people who may be new to our system understand what's expected of them and what resources are available to them for the purposes of telling unmoderated stories around the world. Older players may benefit from a look at them as well.

Change to ToU

Following a vote by all volunteers, the following change to the ToU has been made:

• Before you have a fully approved PC, you may have no more than that one PC. Once you have one fully approved PC there is no limit on the number of characters you can make and play here, but we would urge all players to always be considerate of collaborative partners and realistic about commitment to threads, etc.
• No more than 3 PCs from any one player may be in the same City / Area in any given Cycle. Your characters can't directly interact with each other in any way, shape, or form.

This replaces the 5 active pcs rule. Thanks all - enjoy

The rules around local languages and how they can be gained have been updated and clarified.

PCs can now advance local languages all the way up to fluent - with a wealth point bonus to boot - if they stay in a location for long enough.

This change has resulted in an updated template for the Wealth Submissions thread and the creation of a Local Languages Submissions thread. (If you wish to use old wealth threads to apply for these bonuses, you can do so in the Local Languages Submissions thread.)

Hi all,

We've introduced a Global Roster in the PSF for areas in the map that are currently unmoderated. If you want to play in these areas, please do submit your pc to the roster so we know who is playing where. We're doing this in order to not only track activity across the board, but also to get to know what your character may be up to in a given area.
