WARRIOR

Overview

Welcome to the WARRIOR premade build! This will follow the current system for a general path to create a warrior in Idalos.

Obviously, there should and would be a great many variations to this depending on specific choices and the storytelling aspect of your unique character. This is a general path to keep track of leveling skills and learning about possibilities to do with this kind of general archetype.

This is a casual player-made build.

Summary of System

This Build will follow the ST System in the following way:

Minimum word counts:
- 250 words per post.
- 1500 words per PC in thread.
XP (experience points):
- Solo Threads are 10 XP.
- Collab Threads are 15 XP.
- To go from Novice to Grandmaster in a non-FT Skill is 250 XP, thus 25 Solo Threads or 17 Collab Threads.
- You can place XP in any skill, except for Domain Magic.
Knowledge (lores):
- Solo Threads grant a minimum of 6 knowledge and a maximum of 15 knowledge based on a post count of 20 posts (min. word count 5000 broken up into 250 word posts).
- Collab Threads grant a minimum of 8 knowledge and an unlimited maximum based on post count after 3 initial posts.
- To go from Novice to Grandmaster, is 60 knowledge.
  - You cannot request all knowledge for a single skill, at least one other knowledge must be in a different skill.
  - For minimum word/post-count Solos, you can request 5 knowledge in a single skill.
  - For minimum word/post-count Collabs, you can request 7 knowledge in a single skill.
- Thus, it requires 12 Solos or 9 Collabs at minimum word/post-count to acquire enough knowledge to take a skill from Novice to Grandmaster.
Magic:
- Domain Magic XP is granted as permission for XP to be put towards it.
- It is up to the Reviewer whether you have successfully used the Domain Magic Skill.
- Domain Magic XP rewards are dependent on your current level in the Domain Magic skill and use of the abilities.
- Thus, the number of Solos and Collabs can vary but if you successfully request and use the abilities, then theoretically you can acquire Novice to Grandmater in a Domain Magic within 25 Solo Threads or 17 Collab Threads.
Blessings (Immortal Marks):
- Blessings require PSF approval and Mod awards to level up, thus it is specific and unique to the player.
- When awarded a mark, the Immortal that gives it must be present.
- The Immortal doesn't have to be present for leveling the abilities, but they do need to be PSFed for ranking up in the tiers.
Renown:
- Renown is the reputation of the PC, and different numerical points grant rewards that can be requested in the PSF.
- One requests rewards in threads, but it is up to the reviewer whether it is earned.
- The more public and the more impactful a PC acts, the more renown they can request up to +20 Renown.
- Every 50 Renown points is the grant of a Small, Medium, or Large reward.
- Every 100 renown points is a Medium Reward.
- Every 250 renown points is a Large Reward.
- Renown is unlimited, but based on alias and as a PC gets more renown, it gets harder to earn.
Wealth Tier:
- Wealth Tier is important for access to certain Items in The Shoppe. The higher the Tier, the more things that are accessible without direct purchase.
- A seasonal wage is given for a per season Wealth Thread.
- Anything additional WP must be requested and is up to reviewer discretion.

Appearance: 6ft 4in, muscular and heavy weight, a few scars, copper-red hair, gray eyes, and sometimes gets mistaken for a Lotharro, but he's strictly human. He wears his one set of red-dusted steel armor that he owns, and he wears it almost all the time.

Personality: Gerolf is a man who tries for honor when he can, but slips up from time to time. He tries to be discipline, but he... slips up from time to time. He tries to be faithful and well... he has a tough time with consistency. Still, most of the time, he has a loyal and good heart with a strong arm.

Other information: Bodyguard under Llyr's employ, Gerolf moved to Etzos from Rharne to take care of his sister's family after she passed away from plague. He is now the guardian for five children, and his elderly in-laws. He used to have a fairly free-spirited guard's life in Rharne, but found the Etzori guards to be much different than what he was used to. After his employment with Llyr, he has since moved to Viden with his sister's family to continue his work there.

Appearance: 5ft 7in, lithe muscular weight, some scars on her body from old sparring matches, short curly black hair, brown eyes that change colors. She wears a mixture of cotton and leather for easy mobility. She keeps a lot of knives in different hidden spots on her person.

Personality: A tomboy, she tends to wear boyish clothing and doesn't seem to care about what others think of her. She is energetic and moves quick. She doesn't laugh easy, if at all and tends to glare about her instead. She's always on the look-out for her scum of a brother who she's currently hunting down along with some associates from Scalvoris that she'd like to pay back for certain grudges held. This occupies most of her thoughts.

Other information: Second assistant, and bodyguard, to the owner of C.C. The panther to Gerolf's lion, the cat to his dog, Jacq comes from the damper and dingier parts of Scalvoris. She came to Etzos to hunt down her brother, and in the meantime, needs to make coin. She has a distaste for overtly criminal types, and an unfounded superiority when it comes to most things. She doesn't dislike Gerolf, but they don't necessarily get along either. Not yet, anyhow.

Bio: Lucretia Clement used to be a very ambitious young scholar from Rynmere. She followed her heart’s delight, seeking knowledge and unlike her parents who were both lecturers, she wanted to learn through experience rather than theorize about the mysterious wonders of magic.

This desire to experience for herself turned Lucretia from a plain young girl into a woman irreversibly marked by the domain sparks she undertook - both visually and mentally. She fled to Quacia with a handful of other Seekers to escape The Mantis. From the far distance, she has devoted herself to a different sort of work - one more suitable to what her parents had expected of her all those years ago. Lucretia writes, now, and she writes prolifically about a great many subjects - though she mostly keeps to magic and magical theory.

However, Lucretia left the organization of the Seekers - isolating herself due to her sparks and mutations. She’d invaded people’s private emotions, one too many times, and chose to separate herself and become independent. She lives in Quacia in a modest but large two-room suite in the Gleam above a storefront, where she spends almost all her time researching and writing. Her mutations dictate her life, the very act of obsessive researching a consequence of her sparks, as well as controlling her habits as she is mutated to be unable to go into sunlight. It is for these reasons that she is seeking not only a student - but an assistant for her endeavors.

In 720, she moved from Quacia to Viden where she continues her research and work.

Appearance: Height: 6' 7” (mutated) ; Weight: 145lbs
Lucretia is a visibly marked, and highly mutated, mage. In her quest for arcane knowledge and dangerous glances with overstepping, her mutations have changed her a great deal. Most notable examples: She is unable to go out in sunlight, otherwise her skin starts to flake off and expose the flesh underneath - in which it becomes very painful to be exposed to air.

She is unable to wear clothing over her arms at all, due to a black stone-like texture that covers the forearms like a glove and will ether-burn away any clothing/fabric that she tries to wear over it. She glows in the dark with faint blue light. She has wisp trails of black wing-like shadows that follows her, no matter where she goes or what she is doing. They aren’t particularly pretty either, misshapen and often moving. Her eyes are heavily dark-lined and perpetually glow cyan regardless of her biqaj blood. When she starts reading a new manuscript/tome, she must finish reading it in entirety within the same session otherwise she becomes very ill for several days.

Personality: Simone is an intimidating woman, with an aura to her like the calm before a storm. She performs the role of a Tribunal for the Theocratum, church of Quacia. She's polite, but more than willing to ask the awkward questions that would otherwise go unspoken. Her belief in the Wounded God is strong and she has a bite to her when her faith is doubted by others. Still, she doesn't consider herself evangelical and knows when to let certain things go rather than pressure things into too much conflict.

Personality: Horacio is a stern, stoic man. He doesn't say any more than he needs to. As a Tribunal for the Theocratum, he abstains from all vices as much as he can manage (not to say he can't be tempted if one puts their mind to it), is fairly disciplined, and prefers to spend most of his time in prayer. His serious nature can often come across as aloof, upset, or considering himself superior, though rarely are any of those actually the case.

Personality: Gigi is a self-sufficient woman from Rynmere who is used to traveling alone. She started work as a courier at a younger age, having fallen into a group of friends that wanted an excuse to travel out from their little corner of the world. It soon became smuggling, and Gigi isn't averse to illegal activities. She is bold, even wild at times, but isn't crass as she was raised in an extended family of well-renowned academics and scholars. Gigi has a natural enthusiastic energy to her, proactive in everything she does. The last thing one would ever catch Gigi doing is lying about or being lazy (unless she's pretending). Gigi is the type of woman who has a few tricks up her sleeves, but ultimately when things look bleak, she looks out for herself first and usually bolts. It is as pointless to try and pin her down as it is to nail pudding to a wall. She likes to keep on the move, and boasts of having delivered something to every city in Idalos. Her clients are frequently of higher status, nobles and the wealthy, rather than the average folk.
