Hey folks,

Thank you for you patience. The Official thread for Rharne's Shadow Creatures is here. It is open to all that would like to join. Feel free to interact, or do your own thing. Though I will be grading collaboration based on interaction within the thread. We will try to keep a posting order, but if we must break order I will let everyone know. Have fun.

Hi all! We're so thrilled to see everyone hop into the moderated shadow hunting thread.

If you would like to continue to be involved in the Global Event plot (I believe most, if not all, of you have signed up - and if you haven't, please do so by October 14th!), please block off your calendars from the 14th of Vhalar to the 30th of Vhalar. We will be transporting you around Idalos and you'll need to have that time available.

Yeah, my apologies for the delayed notice, Patrick! We've just confirmed the timeline with the staff team. If you want to move the red-headed man's murder, we can absolutely go ahead and do that. Let me know!

FYI - We've made a minor adjustment to a few dates on the Seasonal Events calendar to better align with the Global Plot Event dates. Please see below for the event dates that have shifted slightly! If you have any concerns, as always, please don't hesitate to reach out.

14th Vhalar: Global Plot Event
It is rumoured that Ilaren has left the city on important business. Tavern-goers entertain themselves by speculating at her reasons. Guesses include: secret lover, gathering allies, and replenishing the kegs.

15th Vhalar: Global Plot Event
Ilaren is seen entering the Lightning Cathedral. It is said that she has gathered the Head Priestesses for a private meeting.

17th Vhalar: Global Plot Event
It is rumoured that Ilaren has left the city once again. The speculation around for her reasons for leaving is heightened: two secret lovers? Wiping out the aukari single-handedly? An impending world ale shortage?

21st Vhalar: Player Thread
An aukari is found murdered in the Harlot 'n' Hound. No one steps forward to identify his body. The Lightning Knights begin an investigation.

30th Vhalar: Global Plot Event
Ilaren is said to have been spotted in the city. The Thunder Priestesses neither confirm nor deny her re-appearance; they only smile mysteriously and continue on their way.

So even though we participated in the first bit of the event, our characters aren't required to actually depart are they? I ask because honestly I feel it is too soon for Patrick to do anything extraordinary as of yet, seeing as how I'd like to keep him moderately boring for a while.

Not at all. You'll be given the option to depart and participate in the grander events. The rewards will be well worth it, but we also understand that this won't necessarily align with every character's goals. Please don't feel like you have to depart Rharne. That said, everyone will be back in the city by the 30th of Vhalar. The decision's yours!

Good to know! I'll likely stick around Rharne for a while longer, wait until something else comes along to sweep him away. That said I encourage others here to participate if you've got the time and chance, it definitely looks like a journey worth embarking on.

Hi all! I'd like to make sure you're all aware of this fantastic medal:

It is a major point of pride for Zenith & I to make sure that all of our lovely Rharnians get awarded this medal. Please do keep track of each thread that your PC has been drunk in. Once you have 5, either send me the links or post to the Medal Nomination thread so that I can award you appropriately.
