45th of Ymiden, Arc 719 - The Witching Hour
It began seven trials earlier.
Seven trials, seven crowns, seven deaths.
Each night starting on the 38th of Ymiden someone had turned up dead somewhere within Raelia. Their bodies were found the next morning, broken and battered with a crown of thorns set upon their bloodied brows. Each of those killed was either of noble blood, or related to the wealthiest in Melrath. The Aesir had called it a clear warning that the Dark Mother; the Induk Myrkvior was displeased.
For too long the ancient eldritch forces that permeated Melrath had remained silent while foolish godlings and upstart mortals led their world astray. But something was changing in the world...deep in the bones of Idalos, and all across Melrath the spirits felt it.
Welcome everyone to the "In the Dark of the Night" event sign up. This will be taking place on the 45th of Ymiden. If you want to take part please be aware that this will be a high risk event. Death is and always shall be a possible outcome. So tread carefully.

I will be closing sign ups on the 10th of June.
Location: You don't have to be in Raelia at the time of this event to take part. Location won't really matter so long as you are in Melrath.
Also a note: Characters of any and all skill levels or experience are very welcome. Please don't feel daunted by the warning I've put in there. I just want everyone to know that there will always be risk vs reward in all modded threads.  |
