☠ It was insufferable, this itch he now had. After acquiring the skull of an unknown beast, the necromancer was plagued by this unquenchable itch.

With the skull strapped to Njama's back, that insufferable itch led him here, to a bakery of all places in the southern part of the city. A fracture lay somewhere here, as his demon arm was excited, which was all the indication he needed. Anansye stood beside him waiting for his master to speak. Both men just watched as the foyer was visible to them. and it going to be a rather tight fit.

Cervantez let loose a low audible growl as the itch was unbearable, whatever causing it being just beyond that threshold. With a sigh, he took hold of Sunbreaker, and readied himself.

"What do you think lies beyond that opening my lord?" Anansye inquired, finally breaking the silence between them.
"I'm not entirely sure, but I assume it will be another bone. It's and insufferable feeling and I can't shake it. I can't help but be here if only to silence this itch."
he noted, annoyance and frustration dancing all within his tone.

Soon his contact arrived, a woman by the name of Grace. She was a foreigner but had been living in the city for arcs now. She was also one hell of a fighter, a duelist and expert with a longsword. "I'm sooo sorry I'm late Sir Cervantez, got caught up with some other business." she apologized, bowing to both men before looking to the entrance of the Major fracture. ☠

"Mage hunting is a nasty business at the best of times." Edyn sighed. As Praetorum watched, she let loose with her sling, the stone hurtling through the air to slam into the practice dummy across the yard. "And against mages bolstered by flaying.... It's going to be damned dangerous."

"Well—" Praetorum buckled on the last piece of his leather armor— "it needs to be done. We might as well be the ones doing it. And it'll be the two of us against the one of them."

Edyn pursed her lips. "Assuming there's only one. There's a number of mages who've gone completely flaying mad, and we're walking into this blind. So we need to tip the odds even more in our favor."

"Yeah, yeah." Prae said, lips twitching into a smile. "We need wells, and I'm the one who actually knows how to fight without magic. I got it. I'll see you tomorrow morning."

"Remember!" Edyn called after him as he left, trident and scythe slung over his back. "We want rainbow wells; don't want to risk flaying something like a dream or nightmare well, okay!"

Prae offered her a thumbs up before he disappeared into the Yaralon streets, making his way towards the Goblin Sanctuary. He'd been a few times, mostly for contracts, but this would be the first time he'd ever entered alone, and to tell the truth, he was a little nervous. So he was surprised to find that when he arrived at the entrance, there was actually someone he recognized there.

"Cervantez? And... Anansye, was it?" He straightened up a little, frowning slightly as he looked at the necromancer. Prae had... seen him. In that strange dream. Had Cervantez had the same dream, he wondered? He wasn't sure if he should ask in front of company he didn't know. "Going into the Sanctuary, or just come out?" He asked instead.
