Antagonists (Rharne Edition)

Every story needs a villain, right?
If you have claimed a Calendar Event, Bounty, Odd Job, etc - if you have a story you're telling in Rharne - then you're going to need an antagonist! This is where you can quick-dev one for your RP pleasure.
Use this thread to create NPC antagonists. They might be one-off story pieces, or they might be someone you think of and just submit here. This will allow consistency between players and will mean that you can have more skilled NPCs than the usual "faceless" ones being played consistently without needing to go through the full approval process.
As long as the NPC meets the requirements / restrictions below, you may play them immediately and don't need to wait for approval.
They should be submitted before the thread starts, however, you just don't need to wait for approval. Also - please still be aware that Rharne is a place with a military and laws etc. Please play within the context of Rharne, and don't go overboard. Maybe your new arch-nemesis is below!
The Antagonists are sorted by Role - as in the Role they will play in the movie of your PCs life.
Rules for this
- In your review request - you must link to this thread - showing your submission of the NPC here. These NPCs do not follow the usual rules and our Peer Reviewers need to know that you are playing to your skills.
- Consider these "flavour" NPCs. They follow the same rules as flavour NPCs , but with more skills than usual flavour NPCs.
- The same rules for story as Flavour NPCs apply. You can meet them, see them in passing, notice them in a bar, etc. If, however, an NPC becomes a significant part of your story, then they should be submitted as a city NPC.
- Please use them in a way which makes story sense for their level of experience.
- Remember that not all antagonists are villains.
- Remember that not all antagonists are warriors.
- In the course of your adventures, should you vanquish one of these foes, please resubmit them with the updated information and a link to where you killed them, and they will be immortalized in the Cutting Room Floor.
- Villains / antagonists can grow with your pc. If you wish to move them UP a Role - then please post using the code below and giving a good reason why.
- No marks, no magics etc.
- You must post here and update every time the NPC is used.
- More than one player may use any NPC here.

Personality / Quirks James is a tall man, with brown hair, brown eyes, and dark complexion. He uses a bola as well as a chain, usually from horseback, in order to chase down his quarry, which most often include mages although he takes on other forms of bounty-hunting in order to support his personal mission of seeking and destroying magic users wherever they dwell. Usually he'll target mages that are an obvious threat to society, but in lieu of any evil mages, he will hunt down ones that seem innocuous. His mount is a simple but fast horse.
Most of the times, he'll operate within the law, and wait for mages to commit some crime or another in order to pursue them with the fulll backing of society. However, where the mages commit their acts in secret he will not hesitate to take them out quietly, and out of the way.

Personality / Quirks An unscrupulous fake potion and salve seller. He's nonetheless been able to talk his way out of prosecution by foisting the blame on his brokers and sellers. He has few friends among the Merchant's Guild, but his status as an Iron Merchant has thus far afforded him legal counsel on the Guild's nel. It's rumored that he has a deal with the owner of the Rharne Prison in the Stormwastes, to bring in new blood by getting people sent into jail, which affords him some extra legal protection, however nobody has been able to confirm this.
Biometrics and Style: He's a very colorful Qi'Ora, possessing many veins of various colors, with an undertone of ebony skin. It's unknown whether these extra colors are a result of his cosmetology practice, but his skin is really flawless. His style is that of Nashaki, selling himself as an exotic merchant, which often helps to sustain his more outrageous claims of his produce.

Personality / Quirks He likes to invest in bum and animal fights in the Pit in Rharne. He runs a steady business capturing animals from the wilderness for use in semi-illegal fights in the Pit in the Dust Quarter. He has a slight limp, but it doesn't affect his fighting style nor his livelihood. He runs a crew of about five or more other sailors, who help him run his Schooner, the Bloody Rooster.

A Knight appears as dry lightning flashes strike across the sky. He claims to be the duelist that nobody was able to defeat the prior season at the end of Cylus. He takes to challenging anyone bearing a blade to duels in the middle of the Stormlands. None have been able to defeat him, and he declares himself a Knight of the First Light, and that he is from the land of the Eternal Suns. Some presume he is a madman, others speculate that he may be a follower of Faldrun, as per his mention of the Suns.

Miranda is a young woman with silvery braided hair and bright azure eyes. Stories of her are pervasive, suggesting her to be a clever tactician that has routed and killed full patrols of Lightning Knights on more than one occasion. The Knights are afraid to throw more of their soldiers at her and she has been elusive so far when they have attempted to hunt her down. Rumors suggest that she has a camp hidden somewhere in the southern Stormwastes near a particularly large swamp.
