Name Lukas Freundel
Race: Human
DoB: 7th of Ashan, 684
Title: Detective of the Inquisitor Division of the Lightning Knights
Skills: Deception (Master), Politics (Expert), Intelligence (Expert), Investigation (Expert), Unarmed Combat (Expert), Stealth (Competent), Intimidation (Competent), Psychology (Competent), Leadership (Competent)

A man of principles and a firm believer in the saying “everybody got a price”. There were rumors that he rises to his current position because of his connections with the Shadow Quarter. While it’s true that he has brush shoulders with a Kingpin of the Shadow Quarter, he is not a member of the Shadow Quarter. But it doesn’t mean that he is a saint either. With the right price, he could be your greatest ally or your worst nightmare. He uses the resources that come with his position in the Inquisitor to fill his coffers and building his network of trusted agents, using the information they gathered to blackmail, bribe, and sway people to keep them under his thumbs. He is willing to look the other way and let some of the common criminals and even members of the Shadow Quarter operate within his jurisdiction as long as they kick some nels his way and play by his rules. If someone broke his rules and caused unnecessary bloodshed (Innocents killed instead of other criminals) he will rain down the hammer of justice till the one who broke the agreement is either thrown in prison or six feet under. One thing he will never tolerate is foreign espionage, he actively hunts foreign agents. He also has a particular dislike against Aukari, and has a scar or two to tell of his feud with the Practitioner.

Hello Nathan, thank you for the submission. There is a big issue with this NPC.

The knights would never let a dirty cop in their ranks. If they were to find out he was a dirty cop, they would take him into custody and jail him. You will need to either rewrite him to match their beliefs or change his job. With the current write up, he could be used by the knights as an informant or be a boss among the criminals. I'm sorry but I cannot approve this NPC.
