Stitch n' Mend
The Stitch & Mend is a respectable shop with large picture windows, often displaying dresses and suits. While easily a place one could go to for commissioning a new outfit, Maiyana is known not for her speed but for her attention to detail and the unique touch she puts into each one of her creations. As such, the prices reflect that.
Visitors will be greeted by an open floor, racks of clothing and hanging cloth that can be felt and admired prior to selection, many hand-dyed by Maiya herself.
The most unique aspect of the shop is not only does it cater to the affluent seeking custom attire, but those who have items in need of repair may also bring their belongings to have the shop assess any damage and come up with a plan for restoration. This is the most cost effective service they provide, and have been known to take hand-me-downs and family heirlooms, modifying them to fit their new owner. If such repairs cannot be completed, there is an optional service that is offered: "If you broke it, we will buy it."
What happens to these belongings that are sold is unknown. They are tucked away and coin is given and that is that. However, despite the useful service provided to the community, some suspect there is more to this location than meets the eye. Something far more dubious.

Specializing in menswear, he had an eye for the sharpest fashion trends and appreciates aesthetic beauty. Most who visit the shop believe him to take advantage of Maiyana, a predator looking to the opportunity to take her shop from her the moment she shows true weakness.
