Suggestion: Teaching Bonus

I would like to propose an experience bonus for player characters with the teaching skill who teach other players. This bonus can only be applied in a thread where both players make at least three decent posts. The teacher must possess comparable skill in the subject they are teaching, and the desired bonus should be noted in notes. Also, the extra points may only be assigned to the skill that teacher is teaching, and only one skill per thread!
Novice - 1 Point
Competent - 2 Points
Expert - 3 Points
Master - 4 Points
Legendary - 5 Points
A character being taught how to wield a long sword by a competent teacher would receive +2 Blades (Longsword) in their review. This bonus would only occur for player-to-player interactions, or when an NPC with teaching skill is teaching two different PC students. This bonus cannot be earned in a solo!
