Sup punks, I thought I might as well put one of these up to let people know that I'm willing and more than happy to try my hand at making some templates/Sigs/Avatars/CS's for your PCs! I'm by no means the best, and in fact the templates, signatures and avatars that I make are really simple. If you'd like the see what I've done, I'm going to post a few different one's below to give you an idea of what I'm capable of.
If you'd like a template, Avatar, Signature or even a CS layout, please fill out the request below as thoroughly as possible;

[b]Colour and Theme:[/b] Please be as detailed as possible if you're after a specific style for your PC. If you're requesting more than one item from me please detail each one separately.
[b]Faceclaim/Images:[/b] If theres specific images or models you want used please let me know, and link to the images. Alternatively if you don't have a FC, describe you're PC so I can find something that will fit them.
[b]Quotes:[/b] Would you like a quote added in? Let me know.
[b]Extras:[/b] Anything that's not covered in the questions above.
