You hear tell of another former resident of Slag's Deep, apparently also living in Egilrun. Marl (for such is his name) survived down there for nearly three decades and walked out, head held high and back straight. He now has a small shoe-shop in Egilrun but, rumour has it, he is a man with many contacts, both living and dead. He might be a good man to know.... or a very bad one.
