Awesome concept. The only point I was a little hazy on was whether the Runners answer to the temple or the mercenary company that they're negotiating on behalf of - who ultimately holds authority over them. Would a mercenary company that was dissatisfied with the way a Runner had negotiated on their behalf take the matter to the temple, or the runner directly?

Otherwise, super keen to see these guys kicking around!
