Paging Morgue, Battlemage Morgue?!

Malt plz

With the escalation of hostilities between Etzos and Rhakros, a series of small walled towns is being established as a network of early warnings and defenses against Rhakros' reprisals. Only the very bravest and most formidable of characters should risk themselves on the Witches' Wilds frontier.

Notes: Ah Etzos! I do love reading anything written in this city and Clavam is an excellent PC in a unique situation- all things which went into making me enjoy this thread even more. From the opening where Clavam thought he was being executed, you established and maintained a great voice for the character in your writing. I thought it was amusing that Clavam kept trying to initiate conversations until he was brought to the hideout. The meeting with the Shieldarm could have gone better, but it seems like it also could have gone worse given that hanging was on the table so it was good to see Clavam get out of that. You did a good job of portraying and maintaining a consistent mood for all the other military personnel around the hideout Clavam was taken too. Oh! I also really like seeing how other people write pole arm combat so this was a great read, thank you!

Mutations

  • Once Paradigm Is Removed: He glows faintly, his skin is warm and sometimes hot to the touch, and when he gets angry sparks literally fly off him. He's a the middle of a field of static electricity so every once in a while when you touch him, you get shocked. Fire leans towards Balthazar and droplets of water seem magnetically attracted to him. He has a series of cracks on his right pectoral that glow of soft emerald. His eyes and the cracks reaching down to his cheeks glow a dark blue. The etheric cracks spiderwebbing up his arms glow orange.

Scars

  • Oops, Oops, Ouch: Balthazar Black has twenty scars across his back from a lashing as well as scars on his hands and arms from jagged rocks in Faldrass. There are two scars on the sides of his abdomen from being stabbed and a slash across his back which blends in with the whip scars.
