Appearance
Océane stands 5'9' in her landform with slender legs and a frail type body. In her landform, she usually wears a mask to cover her face from being exposed to land peoples who are always want to sell Merfolks as slaves in order to gain money and wealth to live there lives very easily while making it hard for Merfolks to live.
In her true aquatic form, she has her long tail of some 10 feet, making it easy for her to swim across the ocean, and from the start to the end of her tail there are needle-like things which are filled with poison used to paralyze her opponent of land folks. She has a very beautiful voice which she uses to sing her signature song to attract her food and land folks to kill them.
She is usually covered in blue colour, as her hair and tail both are of blue colour which matches her beautiful face and white skin to seduce other mortals. She usually wears blue shells to cover some parts of her body, to be one with the sea. She also wears a Blue necklace with a red preal in it which shows just how much of that treasure can cost.
Océane has a manipulative and barbarous sadist who lacked empathy for people of whom she deemed weak, as she lives on her own philosophy because of her experience, "The Strong Survivors and The weak dies." She enjoyed putting her enemies through great pain, both physically and emotionally. She never kills her own kin but in some cases she does it, she discriminates between land folks and aquatic folks, as she kills all the land folks she sees due to her personality. She takes great care of her subordinates which in turn comes back as loyalty to her.
She never likes to fight head-on but does all the battle from the shadows with using her different kind of skills. Her love to assassinate peoples sometimes rises fear and despair in her own subordinates. She is always ready to wage a war on land folks just for her lust to kill them and for treasure.
Océane possesses great charisma, able to inspire many to fight for her. Although she has an unabashed bloodthirst but takes good care of her soldiers and subordinates, if she notices that the battle is getting heavy for them, she rapidly orders them to retreat showing great skills in judgement making.

Océane was born at the time of Zi’da, those days were said to be the coldest days. She was a very beautiful girl from the time she was born, as her mother was also said to be a beauty, and her father was quite a muscle brain, as he only thinks about muscles which were quite weird and he was quite odd as well. As Océane was growing slowly, she started to show the beauty and specs which her mother has. She was quite happy about that and said to her mother that, "Mama, I will become a beautiful girl like you." with a small smile on her face, but those peaceful days were coming to an end, as her parents are of Mer species which usually lives near land, and goes on land on daily basis to do there work. As one day at the time of night, the village in which Océane and her family were staying was raided by land folk for treasures and to make Mer slaves. As her father was killed in the process of resisting them so his family can escape, but unfortunately, someone from a far away killed him using an arrow. As they came near Océane and her mother, after they saw them, they started talking between them, as both mother and daughter were quite beautiful, they decided to sell them as slaves instead of killing those beautiful bodies.
The slavery of Mother and Daughter:
After that unfortunate incident, Océane and her mother were brought to a city, as they were forced to turn into there human form to walk on the walk to reach the city. As the slavers put both the mother and her daughter together with other slaves but provided them with some ocean water to live in for a limited amount of time. As the slavers kept abusing the slaves daily, the hatred for land folks increased in Océane's heart to an extent that she was ready to give her life just to kill them. As on the day of the auction, all the slaves were being presented there as they were begin sold one after another, then it was Océane and her mothers turn to be sold out, as the auctioneer set the condition to buy both mother and daughter together, a lord from someplace brought both of them, as they were being kept as maids at his house but Océane mother was being violated as a sex slave for the lord, as he was waiting for Océane to be mature. As Océane mother knew that her death is closing soon, she started teaching her daughter some of her skills which will be helpful for her in future. As her mother taught her, seduction and singing to call peoples over or to manipulate them as she wanted. But before her death, her mother only told her one thing, that was to don't get caught by land folk and to revenge her but without being caught as she was on her death bed, she died a very miserable death, which resulted in the explode of Océane anger towards lang folks.
New meeting:
As she ran away from that house to train herself so she can get her revenge, as she was running her time was almost up, as her tail was showing a little sign of forming she entered a broken down house in slums as she found a little broken bathtub filled with salt water, she jumped into it to save herself from severe pain and Tibbitus which will happen from long use of human form, After a week was over and she was sleeping in that tub, she heard a voice from outside, but she still hasn't had even power to form her legs again, as an old man entered that house, he came straight to the bathtub as he smirked a little and said "well that's a surprise." Océane didn't understand what he meant as she asks him, "mister aren't you shocked." As the old man did nothing but smirked, then he as well jumped into the water as his legs were becoming tails as that old man explains that he is also a mer but only a normal slave. Océane thinks of this as her god's blessing which is saying to that she still has to take revenge for her. As Océane as that old man to train her, as that man teaches her about stealth and assassination with some basic combat skills, as she thinks of merging some of her skills like using seduction to assassinate land folks across the continents. As he teaches her one more thing which can be used to gain information out of someone which was torture. After 2 years, that old man also meet his end during an assassination mission because of him being an assassin but he somehow made his way to the house while being poisoned, as he told Océane everything, but she didn't want to lose that person, she did everything she could to save that person but she still wasn't able to do so, she never thought that her life would take a turn like this.
Start of her revenge:
As she has learned everything she could and that old man also left her to ascend into the heavens. Now she has no one with her but just her desire to get her revenge on land folks, as she was ready to kill them all, she once again visits the house of that noble to get her revenge, as that noble is a pervert she used it by seducing him when he was out of his house in taking her to his house, as she has reached his house with that lord beside him, she was ready to get her revenge. It was the time of night, as that lord called Océane to give him company on his bed. As Océane thought that this is the exact moment she was waiting for then She gets a hidden weapon and goes into the lord's room, as the lord so defenceless, she throws her hidden weapon at her without any hesitation or second thought, and the next moment the lord shouts "Assassin... Someone catch her." with these last words the Lord gives his dying breath. As the next thing she knew, she was being chased around by knights from the lords mansion, as she sees a sea at the harbour while running, she jumps into the water and goes as deep as she can, but she didn't know where is she was currently, as she sees a group of her kin were swimming towards the centre of the ocean, she asks them about where is was currently is as they answer is as Orm'del Sea in Central Idalos.
Restart in Her new life:
As she never left that place, so she kept going on land and take all the assassination missions that old man left for her, she kept doing those mission nonstop until they all are finished at the year 719 when she turned 15 arcs, as she finished every single mission present there, she learned some more skills like Intimidation and discipline while she inherited skills like singing and music from her mother and some skills from the old man she met by fate. Then she started travelling around the world, as she met a group of wandering Mer with whom she started travelling.

Housing
Océane lives in a cave on the outskirts of an abandoned island, a place filled with a lot of sea lifeform but doesn't have a single land folk. The opening is open for all the sea life forms as Océane doesn't love to being in a close place, so she never puts a door or leaves outside but at the corner, it is covered with green slippery algae. As the cave is of great length, as someone gets inside it leads them into a maze of different room, as Océane lives in the straight end room of the maze with her sea serpent which also guards the place against intruders except sea life forms. Some of the caves in the maze are dry while some of them has a small lake in them which makes it a great place to live, while she has kept many weapons as decorations in her house, while one of dry room in the cave contains the head of the peoples she has assassinated till this point.
Sea-based Furniture - Tier 5
2x Underwater Scent Traps (Simple Pouches, designed of sea-based materials that house unappetizing predators pheromones that diffuse the water around the home. These traps are used to ward off water-based predators and the material inside must be replaced every few trials)
2x Sea Barrels (Especially well crafted and lightweight, these barrels seal objects and prey inside without leaving a scent trail for a predator to follow. Easily hidden under the sand, the waterproofing seal lasts for years)
1x Airskin (Easily inflatable to allow a Mer to secure something hanging from a floating buoy. Some will fill them with air to release in case of attack for a momentary bubble screen or to use the force of the air to quickly propel them away from weapons or waiting jaws)

Just before you apply for approval, think about the following:
Do you want to apply for any NPCs? guide here!. Once your NPC is approved, you must record them in your CS, but you can put your character up for approval before, during or after the process of applying for a NPC
Are you going to apply for a Mark (Immortal Blessing / Curse) via the PSF? You can put your CS up for review before that is approved, or before you apply!
Once you've completed your CS you can post here and put a link to this thread - showing that your Character Sheet is ready for approval.
You are allowed to post IC as soon as your completed CS is up for approval. You won't be able to get any rewards from finished threads until you're approved, though.
