The Badlands

After the eruption of Faldrass volcano in Ashan 720, large areas of the island were destroyed, hot lava pouring over them and burying houses, businesses, people. As the magma cooled, the area worst-hit became known as The Badlands. It is said that the Badlands are haunted with the souls of those whose lives were taken on that trial, or with vengeful sprites, spirits of mischief and malice sent by Chrien.

There are rumours. Lots of rumours.

But what is the reality?
