Personality

Aloysius is fairly reserved, slow to trust but when he does, is a surprisingly talkative fellow. He may seem aloof and shy but is in fact very assertive. Being alone in the big city makes him susceptible to action, excitement and adventure, and relative youth and inexperience in the real world makes him very prone to being taken advantage of.

[Aloysius Arrowsmith]

History

Born to Petros Arrowsmith, a tradesman of some repute, and his wife Morgana, Aloysius grew up learning how to make and fletch arrows. As a consequence of the family trade, he tried his hand at archery, but did not do well in it, his personality being more reflective and contemplative, very highly observant and unusually introspective, with an affectation for the written word and creative expressions of all kinds. Very selective with words and conversation (perhaps due to his being raised a sole child), he quietly bears with him the burden of solitude and the heightened awareness of one who has had to survive being the perennial disappoinment of ambitious parents. Has a sense of fairness and honor, does not stand out in a crowd - in fact, does not stand out at all, fairly content to remain an all-seeing wallflower.

The trial after his eighteenth birthtrial, he walked out the door of his parent's house, and did not look back. It was time to satisfy his sense of adventure and wanderlust.
