Overview
This page deals with NPCs and their place in the Wealth System. Please see NPCs for all rules on NPC use. Here, we're just going to deal with the basics.
NPCs & The Wealth System
In the Wealth System there is no charge for either Flavour NPCs or Personal NPCs. It is important to note however, that while NPCs do not ever give an advantage in terms of wealth. They are part of your PCs story, but they are not there to give you additional money. It is perfectly acceptable for an NPC to give your PC a gift - but unless it is something at or below your pc's Wealth Tier, you must pay for it.
Family Wealth
Please note that, for some Starter Packages your Family Wealth is set (eg: slaves have none, nobility have a set minimum and maximum Tier). For all PCs, your Family Wealth Tier is potentially important.
Your family Wealth Tier can be higher (or lower) than your own. If you plan on having family of Wealth Tier 8 or over, you must get permission from your City Mods.

NPCs and the Wealth System
Skill NPCs must be via PSF Flavor NPCs are no more than 30 pts spread across 2 or 3 skills.
Your NPCs are ALWAYS the same wealth tier as you or below. No moving up tiers from NPCs
Slaves - the slave NPCs available will go up as per the Wealth Tiers.
