Flavour NPCs are just that - NPCs who are there for the story, to give some flavour to the story. The rules are very simple.

Rules / Restrictions

Briefly appear / are not major story points for more than a few threads. If they are, then they should become personal or city NPCs
They have no more than 30 XP spread across no more than 2 skills
Neither of those skills can be Domain Magic

Approval

Flavour NPCs do not require approval. However, any thread with a flavour NPC in it is open to be modbombed / intervened on by a prophet if necessary. If you are unsure what this means, please check the Moderation section of the Wiki. Thanks!
