Background: Born amongst the poorest of Quacia, Carter was a "street rat" all his childhood. Stealing what he needed to, in order to survive, he is a resourceful and somewhat ruthless fellow. However, he has a deep compassion for the souls of those who live and die in poverty. He believes that it is the duty of the rich to serve those who work the lands and streets. Famula came to him first as a young child when his parents died - she and the Twins arrived together as he railed loudly against the judgement. So intensely loyal and emotional was this young man that they Twins and Famula both kept an eye on him during his formative years. He has a strong moral code - although it is far from one which is on the right side of the law. For a number of years, he traveled and has only recently settled down for a short time in the Eastern Territories before moving off again. It is his job to know things and his spy network is vast. He often jokes that there are only two things in this reality which he would never betray - whiskey and the Immortal of Souls. He is Famula's eyes and ears in Idalos - or one set anyhow. He acts as a travelling justice, and makes sure that he always actions the sentence.
