Crackle

Abra's body crackles with built up energy the longer he stays at rest. White luminous ether in the form of built up potential energy similar to lancing sparks can be seen travelling underneath his skin as well. If it is not expended it lets out the crackling popping sound. The sound cannot be silenced except by moving and grows in intensity.

It does not force Abra to move or wake up but it is annoying like a constant thought in the back of his mind. Since this is energy being released, some small amount of heat will be generated when expending the energy but it is not noticeable unless someone has heat detection abilities.

The mutation developed as a self-preservation method for running away from danger. The spark is greedy and does not care about helping others, only itself. As a result, if he is running away from perceived danger or if there is no danger, Abra is able to expend the built up energy to begin running as if he was starting at a light jog; the exact speed would be determined by his running skill. Abra doesn’t receive any boost in speed for running towards perceived danger.
