Enemies of Faldrun

The Nemesis Spark automatically declares all other Sparks it encounters as Nemesis barring three ( Attunement, Abrogation, and Dustforge), effectively removing the rest as possibilities for Initiation and instilling within Kyre a deep dread and distrust of mages who hold any Nemesis Sparks with the exception of the mage who initiated him, his Dustforge being the reason why it is given a small measure of leeway. When becoming aware of a Nemesis that he can sense through other means, Kyre feels the urge to neutralize them, instilling within him the compulsion to completely nullify any and all powers so that he is dealing with the mortal rather than the magic. Other Abrogators can be trusted, provided they do not have any Nemesis Sparks that Fauduun has discovered, and that they are not enemies of Faldrun, which the Spark makes Kyre feel more disfavor towards than he already feels.

Kyre can only ever be initiated into that third Dustforge Discipline at great difficulty and distrust of the new arrival, doubling the experience needed to achieve each tier of the Discipline. Any other attempt at initiation and the Spark will reject the outside influence, returning the fragment to the mage at its onset and shielding Kyre from unwanted initiations at the cost of great pain and exhaustion to himself. The Spark is highly resistant to having its mutations suppressed or soothed, leaving Kyre at its mercy with no cure for any of the ills it may impart in the future.
