Competent Hone Mutation 2 - Lightning Rune: Vivian's emergency Ether supply during the Fall of Emea was the lightning generated by her Palenon Blessing. Because of this, her second mutation has the appearance of Vivian's runes change. Originally purely blue, Vivian's runes now have a yellow core to them, reflecting the lightning her Spark fed off of. As a secondary effect, all of Vivian's runes now emit a slight electrical charge, on par with that of static cling.
