The Stone Caverns

No one knows how deep or how far the caverns run, only that none would enter them unless they are desperate or seek adventure that could truly end their life. Unmapped, in complete darkness, and most certainly haunted the caverns are just outside the city of Ne'haer and run for miles. There are legends surrounding the caverns though whether they are true or not depends on who is telling them.

Having once been a place of worship the Stone Caverns do house interesting, intricate ruins for those interested and rumor has it that there are beautiful gem mines to be found. However, the caves are notoriously unstable and any mining efforts would likely be met with collapse and it is not unheard of to hear the distance rumblings of the inner parts of the caverns collapsing throughout the arcs. Some of the citizens hope the dismal place will eventually collapse on itself one day and be rid of it while others swear that when that happens anything in the caverns might come out.
