Tio's optimum body temperature has decreased to 27 degrees celsius (10 degrees lower than the average persons), and is shrouded in a cloak of cool air of the same temperature. Whenever he walks closely past people this cool air can be felt as a slight chilly breeze. Although this can be mistaken for a natural occurrence outside, it appears very suspicious when indoors and can be regarded by some as unpleasantly chilling. He is able to endure colder temperatures more easily, and has a temporary protective buffer against hot climates, but if the environment is hot enough to dispel the cool air protecting him he struggles with hotter temperatures.
