Description: Named after the ship used on the first journey away from the traditional waters of Melrath centuries ago, the Gull's Roost is the family estate of House Gofrith.

The manor is a half-trial's ride north of the city, nestled on the small peninsula jutting out into the ocean and is often mistaken as a fortress to first-time visitors.

Multi-storied and possessing all the luxuries the noble family can afford, its a safe haven away from the crowded streets and stresses of Raelia, with an awe-inspring view of the sea at all times.

The majority of the family and their staff live here most of the year, save for when business is at its most overwhelming.
