Appearance: Sebastian Magnus is a rather attractive middle aged man who has made a name for himself in intellectual circles as something of a genius when it comes to alchemy and magic. With shoulder length dark brown hair and icy blue eyes he presents an enigmatic and rugged exterior to the outside world. Sebastian always seems to appear amused in some way even when lost in thought. He keeps a fairly neatly trimmed beard although he is known for letting his hair get disheveled and unkempt when he is working long hours in his laboratory. When he does attend political events and parties however the noble is always well dressed and seems to prefer wearing waistcoats tied with green or violet sashes made from velvet.
Personality: Sebastian is friendly enough with most people and tries his best to be pleasant in public but he does have an air of arrogance to him around those who are avoid scholarship and study. Most of the time there is a secretive smile on his lips when forced to converse with someone who he considers lacking in intellect. Known openly as a talented mage, alchemist, and scientist many across Melrath respect the man, albeit distantly.
Sebastian is regarded a mysterious man, who speaks little unless he cares to actually discuss a topic. Such is the way with many of the members of House Magnus.
